Whether you're new to speech therapy or looking for specific information, this page is designed to provide clear, helpful answers to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.
What to expect on the first session?
On your first visit, one of our therapists will complete an intake form which consists of questions regarding your concerns and potential goals. The therapist will perform a brief screener or assessment to understand your child's or clients strengths and areas for support. Formal assessment can also be completed however, it is best to advise reception before your appointment so adequate time and the right assessment can be prepared. We can't wait to meet you!
Availabilities and appointments?
Our work hours are flexible between Monday to Friday. We will do our best to accomodate for your preferences. Contact us to find out what spots are currently available. Please note we offer 30min, 45min and 60min therapy sessions (1omin admin time included in session).
Pricing
We accept all NDIS participants, Medicare EPC referrals and private clients. Please be advised our charge rates align with the NDIS service rates at $193.99 per hour. Cancellation fees apply for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
Location
Our clinic is located at 201 Queen St, St Marys. We also provide mobile service and conduct therapy sessions in the comfort of your own home, at client schools or through telehealth. We service areas within a 30min radius of Penrith, please contact us to check if your location falls within this category.
